Thank you for these. It looks like ventilated seats are sticking around on all G20 models, but bizarrely only on 2 colors.
Also, doesn't it actually seem like a price cut / no price increase in a way depending on configuration? Like Harmon Kardon is now included in Premium Package whereas it was only stand alone $850 before. Heated seats are standard, and ventilated seats dropped in price. |

My CA sent me the Canadian ordering guide.I was interested in the specs because i am planning on ordering the MY25 M340i that is also getting a mild refresh.
Like the US ordering guide I don’t see a listing for the M Sport seats.I was interested in seeing if the M440i coupe is now getting them because i want them for my M340i.The strange thing is that in the US ordering guide it lists the standard sport seats as being option code 481 but the Canadian guide has them as option code ZST.The M Sport seats apparently are option code 781.I don’t see any listing for them in the US or Canadian ordering guide. The interesting thing is that in the Canadian press release they specifically show the M Sport seats in black with the coral red contrast color. So maybe they are available if you order that selection.BMW Canada hasn’t added the new MY25 M440i Coupe to the build your own page so there isn’t a way to confirm if the seats are actually available. Here is the press release. https://www.press.bmwgroup.com/canad...et?language=en Another thing i noticed in the Canadian ordering guide is that it lists specific exhaust info.It almost sounds like BMW may have finally added the exhaust particulate filter for the Canadian market that European cars have had for many years now.Maybe someone can take a look at the info and see what it means. Its in the standard features list. Here is the ordering guide. |

Did a quick google search and it looks like it is some kind of particulate filter. This will most likely result in a terrible sounding exhaust.I will probably just order the MY24 now.

I received a quote here in the UK for the new 440i with 5k worth of options, so give or take a 67k car, after 4 years it was only worth 25k lol. Horrendous, so give or take a 60% loss.

Hey everyone, does anyone have an idea when the 2025 M340i configurator will be released? I heard it’s coming with minor interior updates and the new tu2 engine. Was planning on custom ordering one.

I would anticipate probably sometime in June or early July on the BMW USA site, when the new model year production will begin. Sometimes the BMW UK and other European market configurators get the updated model a few weeks before the US site so it could be worth to check there as the time get closer. I'm considering ordering one also.

I was surprised by how many things are included as standard features that are options on other models (e.g., heated steering wheel, wireless charging, eSIM 5G, etc.) |

Responding to your post because it piqued my curiosity. When I ordered my 2025 G22 and chose “MAL3 Black Vernasca Leather w/Red Highlight,” I was under the impression I was getting the M Sport Seats because that is what was featured in the BMW advertisements. However, now I’m not so sure. As you stated, the NA Ordering Guide lists 481 as Sport Seats (which are Standard) and the Canada Ordering Guide lists ZST as Sport Seats. In the NA guide, under Notes, it states that Vernasca Leather will add 491. However, 491 isn’t listed anywhere in the NA guide (but it is listed in the Canada guide). I did some research and 491 adds the bolster to the seats. This is also stated in the Canada Guide that lists 491 as “Adjustable Driver Seat Side Bolster.” However, this website states that M Sport Seats are code 711 (you mentioned “781”, but I haven’t been able to find that option code anywhere) and it shows a picture of the M Sport Vernasca Leather seats lower in the page. So now I’m not so sure that I am getting M Sport Seats, which is frustrating to me considering that’s what is shown in the advertisements. |

M Sport Seats are definitely an option in Germany.I assume from your SIG info that you are located in Germany. So as long as the option code is 711 in your order then you should be getting them.Sorry i definitely made a mistake when i listed them as option code 781.I just looked them up again and you are correct they are option code 711.Has your car already started production and you have a VIN?You should probably contact your dealer to confirm everything is correct. |
