You simply can't get more power with just a dp because fueling, ignition and boost are all the same. It's just a bit quicker spool up (slightly less turbo lag) with a dp.

As for sound, it will be slightly louder than stock. The cats act like a muffler and so with a higher flow dp you get a bit more volume. Most volume is with a catless, next loudest is a 200 cel and then 400 cel is a little louder than stock. I'd say a 200cel is maybe 10-15% louder on startup (only in sport modes) and WOT than stock. Normal driving can hardly tell any difference.
Can I run stage 2 bm3 or mhd with AA catted dp? I read somewhere that stage 2 is only for catless or 200 cel catted but the AA dp has 400 cel. I won’t be going crazy with the pop tunes I’m keeping the sound stock not changing it tune wise

Have to ask your tuner bm3 or MHD. Not sure on that. I have a 200cel and run MHD stage 2, that was MHD recommendation. I'd ask them regarding the 400cel.

MAD 200cel downpipe.

Sound wise noticeably louder on startup and harder acceleration. It's louder from the front of the car so the engine sounds louder, if that makes sense. As opposed to an exhaust where it sound's louder from the back. So as the driver it sounds good without being annoying. No drone.

No noticeable smell.

Yes you can run stage 2 with the Active Autowerke catted downpipe. AA uses the newest GESI cat rated at 850 whp

What’s the best do I can get for my 2023 m340i that will give power and pops and bangs and just better sound?

I don’t care abt the cel

Also I don’t want to get one that will cause or lead to other problems with my car such as making my sensors or other issues to act up

Thank you
Leave some suggestions down for me please

The cheapest catless will give you what you want. No need for anything else.

Catless is highest flow, loudest and cheapest option, but will produce a cel. Won't cause issues with sensors. Won't pass emissions if that's an issue.

You will get very temporary overboost of a few PSI untuned, as it will spool the turbo quicker than stock programming expected, but no problem.

MAD Catless.

I have a MAD catted - very good. Not expensive and every bit as good as any other. Will produce a cel, but like you, not an issue to me.

Note that changing the DP without a tune will NOT give you "more power" - it will allow the turbo to spool quicker so it will further reduce lag, but max power will remain - as the tuning is set to that amount of boost. But a tune will take advantage of the higher flowing exhaust with the DP.
