This is really useful info, thanks for taking the time to post. I've been considering fitting a tow bar to enable me to transport e-bikes (as these are over the weight limit for the roof bar holders ones).
Have to say, I'm so concerned about messing with any car electrics (in general) I'm not sure I'll ever take the plunge. From the pics, is it correct that you install both the 13 pin and the tow bar when you're wanting to tow but then remove both when not towing? |

Hi, I'm planning to have a tow bar installed on mine, both Witter and Halfords say that there is no need to remove the bumper. Was this the case with yours? |
