A couple things to problem solve....
-as noted above do check your tires and if they are not runflats think about some kind of patch kit. At a min just be aware.
-what you need is the trunk insert setup from the cars without the spare tire. The best place I can think of is to go to your dealer parts dept and explain what you are looking for. They should hopefully be able to at least identify the part numbers you need, plus if you want order or install it.
