I would request a discount of 6,370 (10%, which folks have been having on this forum), and I'm not sure on rebates since the dealer should offer what BMWFS provides, but I thought it was 3,250 and not 4,000. Sometimes CA rebates are different, but if the dealer has confirmed 4,000, then take it.
Your money factor should be base which is .00165.

I'm not sure what CA's sales tax rate is so you may need to update for that, as well as government/registration fees.
