For this same reason you'll see tuners offering tunes for 91 or 93 (and if you cant get 93 - it would be 91+e85)

Ps- to make matters worse e85 is rather scarce in Cali and not available at most stations - so many are simply stuck with 91
On MP's b58 page the graphs shows 91 and 93 octane runs. It looks like the 93 gets considerably more power. Like 60hp and 60 Ftlb more?

That seems substantial for only 2 octane difference.
