3-5 days is how long it takes your bank to post the refund, they usually do it within two business days, but some banks take longer. It's not something we or any other business in the world control.
As I asked earlier, send me your order number, and I can take care of it and expedite the process if needed. It sounds like you are more interested in complaining than getting a resolution to the issue.
Also, just saying BS on things you dont understand does not make your point more valid.
