UPDATE:
I was referred by a BMW tech to PuMA no-65463809-01 with an updated amp part 65 12 5 A38 AB8 with AI-02 revision index.

This replaces the amp part 65-12-5-A20-7E7 which appears to have some kind of systemic issue.

I had originally had my amp replaced with another 65-12-5-A20-7E7 and the problem reoccured yesterday. Brought it into my service center with a video (as best as possible) and the PuMA measure # (they couldn’t look it up as PuMA seems to be deprecated / not available to service advisors in the U.S.?) but looked up the part and saw it replaces the A20-7E7, so agreed to order and try it. Will report back.
