Personal opinion and it will vary, but I wouldn't PPF and coat a lease. If you intend to keep the vehicle for an extended period of time (ie-long term ownership) and you prefer the paint as pristine as possible, I would do the full front, and any rockers/mirrors/sides that are exposed to kicked up rocks etc., and then ceramic coat the whole car.

If you just want it to look glossy and don't intend on keeping it longer than 5+ years I would personally stick with ceramic only even with owning the car.

I don't feel you really see the full benefits of ceramic on top of ppf, but I also wouldn't coat only the non-ppf panels if you're putting the ppf on the front, ceramic coat the whole car.
