1) No Launcher is needed, BU replaces Launcher.
2) Most Cheat Sheets are located on GitHub repository:

3) No. If coding produces undesirable results, just recode with original values. If coding a feature lacking required hardware, coding will either complete successfully, but feature simply wont work, or FDL coding will just fail to complete with a NotExecutable error.
