I currently have the stock 19" 792M rims on my M340 with the stock Pirelli 225/40/19 tires with 15mm spacers all around, and I agree, it looks perfect!

If you are keeping the same rims and just upgrading to the wider 245/35/19 tires, you shouldn't need any spacers to achieve the same look as your prior set-up. The reason I say this is the 245 tires are .7 inches wider than the 225 tires. A 15mm spacer is .59 inches wide. So you are still wider by .11 inches with the 245 tires and no spacers. Again, this scenario is assuming you are keeping the same rims and just going with the wider 245 tires.

My advice is to install them first without the spacers and see how it looks. You can always add them later. Now if your are changing rims, that's another story due to the offsets.
