I also got the 11/2023.73 on my 23 340i a couple days ago. While it does appear to have installed properly, the app on my phone does not seem to think its up to date. So it shows that I have an update, and tries to download/transfer the update.
I don't notice any obvious changes. It did of course erase my Bimmercode changes (ambient color, startup drive mode, and startup warning message).
