i go to 200 lbs in the winter, but this is my first winter staying under 180lb, beacuase it is really hard to slim down and the 200 wasn't all muscle
i am 5,7" i get to around 165 in the summer around 5-7% bf
and i eat 8 meals a day.. i eat around 4000 calories a day for the last 5 months, have not gone over 180 lbs, no cardio yet either
these are a few pic i have over 2,000 lol
also, its never how much u lift, i have benched 415 for 3 reps at 190 lbs.. no i ten to max out once a month and just use really controled exercises thats how u build quality muscle....
