Rebooting the Idrive should solve all these issues.

Hold the power button down for 70 seconds exactly.  

The iDrive screen will turn off and reboot around 25 seconds, but you have to keep holding the button for 70 seconds.  

After a minute, release the button, wait for iDrive to boot up  

On the iDrive, click "Apps", highlight "installed apps" and then update services via the iDrive
