The same issues with my 2021 X5 40i. I have tried CTEK MXS 5.0, NOCO, but no one worked, got battery management message and heard sounds from engine compartment occasionally like the car was trying to reboot something. CTEK stayed at stage 3 and NOCO stayed at 50% after 36 hours charging. I tried both locked and unlocked and the result is the same.
