hydrogen is an EV solution. It just replaces the battery pack with the hydrogen which is then processed to create electricity which is what drives the wheels. That is why many call current EV models "BEVs" or "battery electric vehicles". Thus, once we get hydrogen refueling stations, it will likely become the electric vehicle of choice for most uses.
