Lol good one. And maybe right but I thought about this for a few minutes. For me MB and Audi just don't spin my sprockets as fast as BMW. (Although I have seen and heard some RS7 fast backs that are so sweet).

There is something about the rough and tumble hard core M cars that those two brands just do not possess. At least for me anyway. M division of BMW must be run by a bunch of crazy German cowboys in suits lol. If I wasn't driving an M car I would prolly be in Mustang GT350. And I'm 61. That says a lot about me and the emotion of what Im looking for in a performance car. I suspect many feel the same and for that reason alone will not leave the BMW brand. Regardless of what the new grill looks like.
