Yuhhh, get one of those magic bullets and then make shakes with it.
My brother usually gets a 5lb can of strawberry whey protein, and a bunch of bananas to make daily shakes.
I don't know the exact recipe but it's just whey, bananas, and ice. (He used to cramp a lot in swim)
