Just did this follow the video maybe takes about 10 minutes, it's a pretty easy job. Pop out the pins on top, then get access to the screw. Then push in the side tabs that hold the grill to the surround of the bumper, and it comes out. It will make a lot of cracking or popping sounds but it's pretty hard to mess it up. Super easy job, compared to the stupid lower bumper pieces, now that was a PITA.
