Practicality is subjective I suppose. By the time most people can afford a 911 they are married and as a result, have a second more practical car in the garage. And on that topic, 911 is probably the only sports car offered with AWD.

There's always the used market. 911s hold their value well, but even in this used car market there are CPO 991s in the $60-80k range. Find a non-CPO 991 or go back to the 997 generation and prices should be less.
