I believe the exhaust, and the rim choice in some cases, is a dead giveaway for this model. BMW should have gone with a universal exhaust. I was in Munich recently on vacation where about 90% of luxury cars are debadged. You could still tell the higher end from the entry level cars for Audi, Merc, BMW. Maybe a person who doesn't know cars can't tell the difference... they'll race you and cut you off anyways.
