I had an X5 loaner the other day running 11/2019.Xx ACP was working perfectly. I downloaded the OTA 07/2020.54 and straight up ACP was dropping in all the same areas.
They've changed something from 11/2019 to 07/2020

Odd, mine dropped out with the 11/2019 update on the places you mentioned. Also right near where I live (Cnr Salvado and Haydn Bunton Dr). Also does it on the entrance to the tunnel East Bound and Roe street Northbridge at the intersection where the police station is.
iPhone 12 Pro, 14.2 as well. No difference whether it's on the Wireless Charge Pad or not.
