The stock G20 18" 790M wheel have the following measurements:
Front: 7,5J x 18" ET 25 tires 225/45 R18 95Y
Rear: 8,5J x 18" ET 40 tires 255/40 R18 99Y
The G30 662M rims are half an inch wider but with the higher offset that fits perfectly.
Front: 8,0J x 18" ET 30
Rear: 9,0J x 18" ET 44
You would just need to change to the narrower G20 tires. The front wheels are half a kilo lighter than the 780, the rear wheels are the same weight. With wider rear tires the car will feel a little more planted - that's a matter of taste.
