Unless the car is stolen, the second the chopper is out you're done. You're literally just digging yourself deeper at that point.
If it's stolen at night time and you can get out of view of the chopper and there are no cops behind you, a very unlikely trifecta, then maybe you can dump and run/hide somewhere. Even then with the amount of cameras everywhere you'll likely end up arrested within a couple of days anyway
