I had to plug my dashcam in the rear 12v socket in my G20, the old one under the glovebox was ideal. I spoke to the dealer and both looked for one under upon delivery, but seems they've taken that out.
I need to look in the boot to see if there's one as well. I can't confirm they turn off after a while, but the ones in the F30 did.
