In my situation I needed out of my X3M before it dropped in value any more. The couple dealers I talked to were giving less discounts on a build vs one on their lot as well. Thirdly, incentives for October are pretty good. They may go away in November, or possibly go up too. It wasn't a deal breaker for me since none of my other cars have 360 view. It is a handy feature once you've used it though.
