Use the distance control button on the wheel to modify spacing settings. Use the up/down toggle on the left hand of the wheel to increment/decrement speed limiter. Only caveats would be similar weather compromising radar functionality (and it has to be decently severe weather). Good to go in most circumstances. Also, LKAS will resume after an indicated/executed lane change unlike the Active Steering Pro (autonomous driving).
