Mine was like that for one entire day. No matter what, I couldn’t unlock or lock the door with the keycard but I could start it. It fixed itself the next day. I did nothing.
Maybe try again in a few days and see if it locks/unlocks the car?

Older cars come with the black one. You’ll have to order a new one from your dealer.

If your dealership is nearby, why not take it in? If they’re closed, email the SA you bought the car from and he/she should be able to guide you as to what to do.
