Yes but with one big and important difference that will give the G8X a much bigger audience. The GTR is very hardcore, it is noisy and rough in the drivetrain making it unattractive to families and the GT crowd. The G8X with it’s smooth as butter ZF8, swank interior and ample rear seat space ticks those boxes.
