I think you'd have more takers if remove $2k down and offer $2k incentive if you're serious about transferring. I know the MSRP is high but it's going to be a tough sell when you can find M3 CS's for less. W $2k down that essentially makes effective ~ $850 + transfer fee of $500.

If you don't want to budge on price, take it to swap a lease as you may get some takers there!
