Personally i am not too sure at this point. I guess the best way to find out is for me to crank it up and see what happens.
But I remember in 2010 (when I got my 335i) people were saying a similar thing: Don't go over certain psi or car becomes jerky. So common theme still holds. May be this engine is so much more advanced than the N54 that this might not happen.
I'll eventually try this and share with you guys in a few weeks. Just want to get used to the 3'o clock for now
