Sorry I do not think there will be a manual with the CS just as there is no manual with the GTS and indeed it's precursors which were DKG and the M3 CSL which was SMG. They take these considerations into the global market and the higher percentage would be for M DKG. A future M4 CSL (Hypothetical) would be M DKG.
