From memory I don't think the turn signals are possible when ever there is the non basic instrument cluster.
Think that's the 6wb cluster ( happy to be corrected)
Not seen any reference it's possible either on the g30
Turned that on my previous f10 and get why you like it but alas it doesn't seem possible now , shame really
