I'll vote for Tanzanite Blue II. It's a super gorgeous color, there even is a thread dedicated to that color
here. In the shade it's a dark blue, but in the sun it completely changes with stark contrasts between a light blue and the darker blue. Add a ton of sparkly flakes and you ahve your Tanzanite Blue.
