So to fix the brake fluid glitch I booked the 330e into the garage who updated the software to 11/2019.41 and the warning light has gone.

When I am hybrid mode the central display stays red whereas before it was blue.

Thank you for this, I recalled reading your original post at the time but then couldn't locate it to see how you fixed your problem.
Tried the nuclear ☢️ option but no luck so booked into BMW in a few weeks time
