True. My Chevy SS came with one of those instead of a spare as it didn't have runflats. I don't know, though. If I had the option of carrying around a space saver spare, I think I would. That's just me though. I rarely put anything large in my trunk and if I do, I rarely have anyone in the back seat anyway so I can always throw the spare there if I had to.
