After doing all these dyno tests, I've actually eased off quite a bit on my driving style.
So now I'm able to use Eco or Adaptive for most of my driving, and I use Sport or Sport+ only when I really need it. I don't have coast mode enabled on comfort or adaptive (via bimmercode) but when I get to, I think that will be handy for extending that gas mileage.
With all that, I'm getting an average of 28-33mpg depending on how much freeway driving I'm able to do.

I bet. I'm honestly not looking for overall power, just usable power and torque in the lower RPM range. This is what convinced me when looking at your dyno graph.
