Design is finalized but it requires new bulkheads to be manufactured so we are at the mercy of of that process currently. Typically a 6-8 week ordeal for that component. Assuming all the other pipes and what not are in when those arrive, we are looking at about 2 months out. This is assuming everything goes as it should though, which it rarely does, so I wouldn't put money on that or anything.
