That said, I can't believe they'd return your car looking like that. I'd be raising hell if it were my vehicle. Clearly was caused by somebody at the paint shop and should be willing to fix it.

I believe as somebody said before the fact that it's ceramic coated may cause a lot of problems, especially if they claim nobody notified them of this etc. Just my 2 cents
Thanks. I agree completely. Whenever I bring the vehicle for service I always instruct not to wash, however this time The vehicle was going for body work and the service advisor told me they would "detail" the car so I agreed.

He was aware the car is ceramic coated. I also cannot believe they would actually let a vehicle leave the Bodyshop looking like this...

And do I really want the same folks that caused this damage trying to fix it???
