Has been back to the dealer for 2 days but as others have said the fault is blamed on "Germany" and they have no ETA.
My old 2016 420d Connected Drive never failed and was brilliant. I'm pretty patient but getting quite annoyed.
Has anyone had the issues fixed?

I've noticed now my rtti is not accurate at all and defaults to south Melbourne no matter where I am.
Also cannot get the remote ventilation to work from the app just fails every time.
