the remote app finally got working
For FIVE WHOLE MINUTES
After spending 8 hrs in the workshop.
then it stopped working.
Supposedly it is a problem with the car's receiving/transmission unit that causes delays, which in turn results in commands timing out.
But clearly still not fixed.
