After a week of driving, all modes will Regen the battery.

In hybrid mode you feel the Regen breaking and the needle drops in to the “Charge” section on the dash. In Eco Pro, you don’t get the same breaking feeling when lifting off and the needle doesn’t drop in to the “Charge” area until you press the break.

On one trip I managed to Regen the battery by 5 miles but it didn’t suit my normal driving style so the 5 gained soon went again.
