I want to know if I’ll be able to buy a black grill for the M340i to eliminate the "Mercedes-AMG 43" style grill which I don't like.

1) Does the G20 black grill come with not only the surround but also the vertical slats?

2) Do the M340i and 330i have the same active flaps behind the outer grills?
