No, everything is taxed, as sales tax. You buy anything, in your state, and you add tax to it. In my city, in California, its 8.25%. So, for $8,250 on $100k.

Its is. An even better deal, is the tail lights are free. About $8,500 at the parts counter. And I havent seen the part number, yet. If I run across it, I will post it. There are already copies going around,. AutoID sells them.
