Based on the majority of the comments posted here, it's so hard to please us.

When BMW posted pictures of the new 5 series last year, it's criticized for not taking chances, for being conservative and boring. It's actually a lot better in person and quite distinct from the previous gen.

Now when BMW is taking chances with their design language, it's accused of tampering too much with its trademark looks and straying too far from what a BMW should look like.

That being said, I do agree and recognized some design elements from Mercedes (rear bumper with the exhaust) and Lexus (tail lights) but I'm fine with it. There are so many models out there that it's practically impossible not to have visual similarities with certain parts from the competition.

I know this is only a render but I really like it.
