3M FX Premium 15%, no issues. Live in CA, and even when it's a cloudy/gloomy day I don't notice a dimming so I'm not too sure about the whole sunny day theory.
But like others said, some have issues and some don't even when the same tint is used. Hit or miss, I have no idea what it could be.
