VO coding survives through software upgrades. That would explain why your VO doesn't have 5AP. Also depending on the FDL you are referring to — after you VO code anti-dazzle, a couple of them automatically change to aktiv:
C_HBA_DIM_ENA
C_HBA_GFHB_ENA
If you're referring to these, that's expected.
Are you sure your anti-dazzle isn't working? Was it working before the last update.
