As far as I understand, this still requires you to mail your DME to femto for them to unlock it first. A tune can then be flashed using this tool (or perhaps others).
Can you pay some money, download some software, and flash the tune without having to remove your DME and mailing it? Doesn't look like it, but other smarter folks can tell me if I'm wrong.
