The curves and the edges met with such purpose in previous BMW designs, this however seems like a rip off of Lexus and Infiniti. WTF. Meanwhile, the South Koreans at Kia are actually building interesting designs (Stinger!!)
I could have lived with the grilles actually, but every design cue here is to appeal to the lowest common denominator.
The Z4 and it's frog like front end was a give away that BMW was about to go full stupid; they have no design inspiration. And, behold.

Well said. BMW is supposed to be special but they're losing their touch.
This car is soulless and a haphazard attempt to fit in with the new wave. No regard for taste.
