I've noticed my breaks do squeal very lightly when going very slow or releasing the break pedal to back up but not under normal driving conditions. I also noticed my breaks felt a little different after getting the car ceramic coated. I think the place I got it done at put a layer on the brake calipers/rotors?

I emailed the General Manager, and that did no good. I explained all the issues pretty clearly and sent the same video fast-forwarded to 1:11. All he replied with was that he was unclear as to what I was trying to accomplish. Isn't it obvious that I'm trying to get it in working order?
There is also a clunking noise from the steering column when fully turned left or right on a dead stop. Did you notice that at 1:11?
